The digital resilience bonus was announced as part of the Fortitude Budget, announced on 26th May 2020. F&B and retail businesses that adopt digital solutions are eligible for up to S$10,000 of the bonus.

Criteria to qualify for Digital Resilience Bonus

- Your business UEN has to fall under food service or retail sector as at 26 May 2020

- Your business UEN has to be incorporated on or before 26 May 2020

- Your UEN needs to have an active PayNow Corporate Account

- Your UEN has to be on the Peppol e-invoicing network

Category 1 - Business Process Solutions (S$2,500)

Eligible if your business is in food service, you have to use accounting solutions, HR/Payroll solutions & Digital Ordering (Dine in/Takeaway), at least once a month.

Your solutions provider has to submit your UEN to IMDA, when there is proof of usage. You can also remind your solutions provider to do so.

Category 2 - Digital Presence (S$2,500)

Eligible if your business is using a digital solution from a qualified provider, to enable sales through Online Shopfront or Online Food Delivery, or your business is making purchases on e-Procurement at least once a month.

Your solutions provider has to submit your UEN to IMDA, when there is proof of usage. You can also remind your solutions provider to do so.

Category 3 - Data Mining & Analytics

Eligible if your business is using a qualified solution for Data Mining and Analytics for insights on better business decisions at least once a month.

When will your business receive the bonus?

Payouts to your business if you qualify will start from August 2020.

Processing time will take about 1 month, upon the submission your UEN by Providers of Qualified Solutions (or Supporting Banks) to IMDA.
